Adderall nap

I was prescribed Adderall for both sleepiness and lack of concentration.. I dont see how u nap at all @ 60 mg a day! I take 60 mg per day ,2...20mg.
Thinking that the adderall wasn't having the effects it should, I bumped up the dosage. my body feels completely exhausted but no matter how hard I try I can't take a nap.
About 40 minutes after taking the adderall I started yawning and thinking about how nice it would be to take a nice nap. So I looked on the internet and I read somewhere.
But when I'd lie down for an afternoon nap, I couldn't go to sleep. My mind was still buzzing. This withdrawal effect is common. Adderall users often complain.

Anybody taking adderall and it makes you sleepy? I feel like I need a nap after each dose.
